How is a minute counted?+
Connected talk time only, rounded up per call — the way your carrier bills you. Calls that ring out, hit a busy tone or go unanswered cost nothing.
How does the wallet work?+
Top up from $10 and each call is deducted at $0.07 per connected minute. You can see the running balance and every charge in billing.
What is recharge bonus credit?+
Extra credit added on top of a single recharge — 5% on $50+, 10% on $250+. It is spent exactly like the money you added, so a larger top-up lowers what each minute really costs.
What is the difference between standard and premium voices?+
Standard voices are included in every price on this page. Premium voices are our most expressive and human-sounding, and add $0.04 to each minute an agent using one is on a call. You choose per agent.
When is a plan cheaper than the wallet?+
As soon as you use most of a plan’s included minutes every month — each plan works out cheaper per minute than pay-as-you-go. If your volume is unpredictable, start on the wallet and switch once it settles.
Is there a setup fee or lock-in?+
No setup fee on any plan and no lock-in on the wallet or the monthly plans. Enterprise deployments with custom integrations or dedicated infrastructure are scoped separately.
